What does the standard replacement estimate assume?
The CAD planning estimate is before tax and assumes existing usable electrical wiring and ducting. Supplied-fan options include the selected fan and standard replacement labour; the customer-supplied option excludes the fan itself.
Is an electrical permit included?
No. A permit is excluded from the initial estimate and may add $150 only if required and confirmed during professional review.
What work is outside the standard price?
